ORGANISATIONS / SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE

iForge/Sustainable human performance

Sustainable human performance should
improve execution.

For high performers, wellbeing without performance context is too vague — and performance without recovery is too short-sighted. iForge makes the connection measurable.

02 / DIAGNOSIS

Why conventional wellbeing programmes miss high performers

The problem is rarely a lack of information. It is a lack of relevance, timing and proof in the environment where people actually perform.

01

Content without diagnosis

A broad portal offers choice but does not identify the individual constraint. Engagement stays low because the next best action remains unclear.

02

Wellbeing without execution

Satisfaction matters, but it does not show whether someone can still decide, recover and prioritise under pressure.

03

Data without trust

If employees do not know who sees their data or how it is used, the honesty required for early signals disappears.

03 / CAUSAL DRIVERS

One model for the human and the performance

iForge structures sustainable performance around three causal domains. The approach stays personal without requiring the organisation to access medical data.

1

Physical capacity

Load, recovery and energy form the operating base. The professional sees the personal pattern; the organisation only sees explicitly agreed aggregate outcomes.

2

Mental command

Focus, stress regulation and behavioural consistency become concrete routines rather than generic advice.

3

Purpose and direction

Priorities and agency connect sustainable performance to the work that actually creates value.

04 / METHOD

From HR initiative to measurable performance experiment

Start narrow. Define the behaviour and organisational effect that should change, then scale only when the evidence is strong enough.

  1. 01

    Select a precise cohort

Start where pressure, responsibility and value creation are clear — for example scale-up leaders or investment professionals.

  2. 02

    Define evidence upfront

Set participation, activation, behavioural change and one work-relevant outcome before the programme begins.

  3. 03

    Protect privacy and learn fast

Personal data remains personal. The organisation receives only agreed insights and uses evidence to decide on expansion.

A focused proposition for demanding environments

  • High-growth scale-ups
  • Private-equity portfolio companies
  • Professional services firms
  • Operational organisations
  • Emergency services and public safety
  • Leadership teams in transformation

05 / FAQ

Questions about sustainable human performance

Is iForge a corporate wellbeing platform?

No. iForge is an integrated human-performance system combining measurement, coaching and adaptive guidance. Wellbeing is an input; demonstrable performance under pressure is the outcome.

What data can an employer see?

Personal programme, health or coaching data is not exposed to employers. Any organisational reporting is agreed in advance and limited to appropriate aggregate insights.

How do we test return without inventing results?

We define hypotheses and measures before the start, connect usage and behavioural indicators to a relevant work outcome, and report when the expected effect does not materialise.

06 / NEXT MOVE

Start small. Measure hard. Scale what works.

Discuss the specific problem, target group, desired work outcome and boundaries for participant data. Then we can scope a focused pilot.
